With convenient beach access a block away and a public boat launch right down the road, this locale is ideal for summertime fun! This fine home is complete with a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite counter-tops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, along with lavish bathrooms appointed with beautiful travertine tile, glass shower doors, and elegant oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and splashed with rich mocha wood accents throughout.
Guests will enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5-bedroom/4.5 bath house. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, as do the 2 other guest rooms. The kid's room is furnished with bunk beds. The bright living room is furnished with a leather sofa set, and the family room has a sofa sleeper, which can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is perfect for dining, equipped with high-end GE appliances and a granite bar for casual meals. In the summer, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or relaxing on the beach and later watch the sunset from the balcony of the living or master bedroom. The house also has a hot tub in the backyard.
Ski resorts, casinos, nightlife, and other great South Lake Tahoe activities are nearby! You will create a ton of memories in this house with your friends and family. Close to South Lake Tahoe, Glenbrook, NV, Heavenly Ski Resort, Cave Rock, and Rock Climbing, and centrally located in Lake Tahoe, so you can experience all the Lake has to offer!

Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500. Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
