This recently remodeled home is bound to catch your attention with its subtle color pops and welcoming feel. Tucked away in the Tower Grove neighborhood, you will enjoy convenient access to Highway 64/40, Highway 44, and Highway 55 making trips to the local Science Center even easier! 

Adding to the convenience of this home, you will find a parking pad around the back and unlimited street parking around the front. If you are traveling with little ones (including fur babies!), you will be pleasantly surprised when parking in the driveway and entering into the large fenced-in backyard. Let the kiddos run off some steam while you bring your things inside. 

Walking into the warm and welcoming living room will give you an immediate sense of relaxation. Enjoy lounging on the large l-shaped couch without needing to go too far. Stream a movie together on the large, smart tv, perfectly positioned and mounted on the wall. 

As you venture further in, you will find the beautiful kitchen equipped with all the basics. This wonderful space would be perfect for family gatherings with its double ovens! Now let’s not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be a 5-minute drive to the St. Louis Arch and downtown. 
Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues are both within a 10-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans!
