This property at Innsbrook Resort is more than just a vacation rental; it s a sanctuary where families can unwind, connect, and create lasting memories. This chalet is on a septic tank and has no washer, dryer, or dishwasher. The laundry facilities are located at the Charrette Creek Commons and feature two coin-operated washers and dryers that are open daily from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. on a first-come, first-serve basis. Available for the use of property owners and registered guests. Detergent is also available for a fee.

Please note that we charge a one-time property damage protection fee. This is a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options, but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. To respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort s rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people).
