As the day unfolds, treat yourself to a leisurely stroll through the Indian Palms neighborhood, offering lush greenery and tall palm trees. You may even see some geese roaming around as well. Take in a game of Jenga and connect four while having a picnic-style lunch on the open patio. As the night winds down enjoy the private spa and maybe a drink or two on the smaller patio on the side of the home, providing a little more privacy.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

- Master Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed, a 50-inch Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the side patio and private spa. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks.

- Bedroom 2 is located next to the Hallway Bathroom 2 and features two Twin-sized Beds and a remote-controlled ceiling fan.

- Bedroom 3 is located next to the garage and features a Queen-sized Bed, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, a small writing desk, along with a bonus office area with two large his and her desks.

Hallway Bathroom 2 is located across from the laundry area and features a shower and tub combo and decorative vanity sink.
