The space:
Unwind at this beautiful and unique home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood toward the south side of Lincoln City. This home includes incomparable views, a hot tub, an expansive deck, and more. The house has a duplex-like setup ideal for multiple families seeking privacy, though, please note that the stairs connecting the two levels are outside. The top living area includes the living room, dining and kitchen area, master bedroom, and bathroom. Downstairs includes two bedrooms and one bathroom with a wet bar and game room that includes a TV and foosball table. Each of the two bedrooms has a door to the exterior. The laundry area is also downstairs.

Enjoy the lovely views seen through the sweeping panoramic windows. Retreat to the deck of this exclusive getaway and gaze at the twinkling constellations from the hot tub at night. The home is quaint with wooden floors, an outdoor seating area with hanging lights, and a short walk to the beach access. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away or a 15 minute beach walk, the area is peaceful and quiet with its own private road and entrance.

An additional perk for this house includes a free surfboard or paddleboard rental from the local ZuhG Life Surf Shop, as a part of your stay (when in season). Inquire with your host about rental reservations.

Only a steep quarter-mile walk from beach access and a mile from Siletz Bay, visitors will have access to the many beach and bay views that Lincoln City has to offer. Take a guided eco-tour in a kayak or enjoy a morning hike on one of six trails in the area that will take you from the forest to the beach. For golfers, visit the Salishan Resort (four miles south) or Chinook Winds Golf Resort (about five miles north). Enjoy a fun night out gambling at the casino or live entertainment, quality time with loved ones, shopping at the outlet mall (no sales tax in Oregon!), or dining at the fresh and locally-sourced variety of restaurants. The famous Lincoln City food pod village, The Pines is only a few minutes down the road with local musicians and the coastal favorite Pelican Brewery is only a short drive as well.
