Policies:
- Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
- No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
- Guests of guests are NOT permitted.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- Parking is free and passes are only required for the following holidays; Mardi Gras Weekend (limit 2), Memorial Day Weekend (limit 2), 4th of July (limit 1), Blue Angels Week (limit 1). There will be a $150/pass charge if they are not left in the condo when you head home.
- Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas. Blocking or tampering with the cameras will result in immediate eviction.
