Here, you will enjoy spacious, sunlit rooms as well as deco elements and ceiling tiles that have been carefully selected. Of course, the villa is fully air-conditioned and tiled, which suits allergy sufferers.

All 4 bedrooms come with cozy king and queen size beds, as well as a TV. In addition, the villa features 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub for relaxing. Speaking of relaxation: The open living area is a place where the whole family can gather, unwind on sofas and enjoy movies on the big flat-screen TV.

You want to be self-reliant and cook delicious meals on vacation? No problem. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with XXL refrigerator, oven, stove plates, microwave and dish washer. Cutlery, dishes and utensils are available, and there is ample space, so all guests can help with the cooking. A table and 6 chairs grace the elegant dining area. Yor meals will taste even better, thanks to beautiful views of the canal!

Of course, you can also dine outside. Centerpiece of the villa is its caged-in lanai with dining table, barbecue grill and sunbeds. Here, you will find a pool for swimming at any weather. Stunning sunsets await you in the evening, while the area is illuminated by atmospheric light.

The villa s location is both quiet, convenient and central. In just 10 minutes, guests can reach the supermarkets Walmart, Publix and ALDI, which makes grocery shopping easy. There is no shortage of American and international restaurants, either whether on nearby Pine Island Road or Del Prado Boulevard. Another advantage is the proximity to Sun Splash Waterpark, only 4.5 miles to the west. Or how about exploring Florida s mangroves on a hike? Then, just drive 10 minutes, and you will reach the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
