There are three Cal-King master bedrooms with ensuite. In addition, there are two children s rooms, both with full over full bunk beds, which share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms have all been beautifully upgraded with travertine/marble floors, custom panel cabinetry, hardware, granite countertops, and custom-designed showers with travertine/marble pattern inlays. All bedrooms have 46 LCD tv.

The partial open concept kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, full travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has plenty of space for prepping, cooking, and entertaining. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, an inground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas bbq grill, a patio set, and additional chairs. Through one of the children s rooms, the game room has a pool table and ping pong. There are strollers, high chairs, pack n play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the home.

3/4 mile walk to Disney 1/2 mile to Anaheim Convention Center. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards.

This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
