This beautiful 2,900-square-foot two-story home has two living and two Dining areas. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family.

There are three upstairs bedrooms: A spacious master suite with a Cal King bed, a large oval tub, and a walk-in closet; a queen bed with a cherry wood dresser; and one children s room with full over bunk beds and a full pull-out futon. The upstairs loft area has a sofa with a queen pull-out sleeper. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the main floor are the remaining two bedrooms: one queen bed and the second children s room with bunks that are full over full. They share the downstairs hall bathroom. All bedrooms have 42 plasma/LCD TVs.

Upgraded open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: microwave, refrigerator, double ovens, stove, and dishwasher. Dining rooms are divided into family rooms with plenty of seating and two tables for eight people each. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. Right off the dining room is that game room located in the garage. It offers ping pong, pool, and air hockey. There are strollers, high chairs, a pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The garage also has a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

Off the family room, glass sliding doors lead to a beautiful pool area. Two patio sets with plenty of seating allow you to enjoy the backyard with a built-in gas BBQ.

The home has Free Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning.

This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee: pool is heated to 82 degrees.

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law.
