Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. Master Suite 1 is located next to Suite 2 and features a super-plush King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, HDTV, a changing Electric Fireplace, ceiling fan, spacious walk-in closet, and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a Lasko soaking tub, a tile shower with a raised bench, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.

Suite 2 is located next to Bedroom 5 and features a Queen-sized Bed, a Full-sized Bed, and a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper. Suite 2 also boasts a large HDTV, desk, and walk-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located next to the garage and is also accessible from the private courtyard. Suite 3 features a King-sized Bed, HDTV, desk, and reach-in closet. Casita Suite 4 is accessible from the backyard and is detached from the property. The separate Mega-Casita features a large master bedroom with a King-sized Bed, Queen-sized sofa sleeper, double-sided gas fireplace, HDTV, and walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and vanity sink with granite countertop. The living room area features a Queen-sized sofa bed. The casita kitchen area has an under-counter refrigerator, including a high-capacity ice maker, microwave oven, sink, beautiful slab granite counters, and raised European-height maple cabinetry. There is a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds dimmer lighting in each room. The large front windows overlook the custom pool, spa, and rock waterfall. Bedroom 5 is located across the hallway bathroom and features a King-sized bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. Bedroom 6 is located across the laundry room and features a Queen-sized bed, 65-inch Smart TV, ceiling fan, clothes hanging bar, and French doors that open up to the outdoor game area.
