There is also a private parking space in the Covered Parking Area with easy access to the elevators, so you never have to search for a parking space and you won't get rained on. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo, so you don't have to bring your whole wardrobe! Our condo is truly a place where you can get away from it all. The Water Park/Splash Pad includes: Palm tree with 3 dumping bananas, pirate sloop, ship bow with jets and cannon, beached boat slide, and more!

5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
