Hop on the short leg of the gondola located next to the grocery store to get you into the Village core swiftly, or take a short walk to the core.  Once you are there, you can take the gondola to the top ridge where Allred’s Restaurant is located or continue on to the Town of Telluride.

The home is single-level and spacious!  The open concept living/dining/kitchen and a bar area are perfect for everyone to get together.  A massive fireplace will be sure to warm you for après skiing or hiking.  There is a separate seating area for a more intimate gathering just off the kitchen area with another fireplace and TV in case anyone has a different show they would like to watch. Sophisticated furnishings can be found throughout the home.

There are four bedrooms, and each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are 3 Kings and a bunk room with 2 sets of full-size bunk beds and a twin trundle.  The BBQ grill, wet bar, and lounge area are perfect for Telluride’s summer evenings. Guests can enjoy the shared hot tub in winter or summer and the pool during the summer season. The Lorian complex features many amenities to enjoy: game/media lounge room, work out facility, and a wonderful exterior upper deck for social gatherings.   And of course, heated garage parking!

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
