Terrace on the Slopes

The Terraces is located in the Meadows area of Mountain Village, nice and quiet! Terraces 701 is a contemporary, well-appointed, two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental home. Skiers will appreciate the location slope side on the Meadows Run. Take your pick. Want to ride the Chondola OR Lift 1 into the Village core? Or you can hop on Lift 10 and get whisked away for a long run down.

This one-level condo has it all. Luxurious furnishings such as a big comfy sectional, easy chairs, new bedding and beds, all new linens make for a comfy stay. The gas fireplace warms the open living space, and the wall of windows lets in beautiful natural light. The fully equipped galley-style kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of space for the baker or chef in the group to create. The dining area leads to a private deck facing south. There is a grill on the deck.

Located off the living room is the queen master suite with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The second guest bedroom is also located off the living area and has a captain s bunk.. The guest bathroom in the hall serves as the second guest bedroom and has a glass shower. Terraces 701 is ideal for a small family or 2 couples.

This little slice of paradise will delight summer, winter, fall or spring. Access to skiing, hiking, biking, and running trails is literally in your backyard! Stay once here, and it might just feel like your second home year after year!

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
