The split floor plan offers privacy for families or couples with each bedroom/bathroom on either side of the living/dining areas. A dining table for six provides a gathering place to recount the day s adventures. The in-unit washer/dryer adds convenience as well! Etta Place 108 is a ski-in/ski-out condo building located at the base of Chair 7 with easy access to The River Trail. The complex also offers a pool and hot tub. You re just a short walk or Galloping Goose ride away from the grocery store and buzz of Telluride s main street.
