On the ground floor of the home is the living room, dining area and open plan kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this main level with a shower. On the western side of the kitchen is a patio with a grill, tables and chairs. Up one level is the king master, a bunk bedroom, a flex room with a futon and the second bathroom with a shower and tub. Up one level again is an additional queen bedroom.

The home also has a spacious basement with polished concrete floors and a futon sleeper sofa. There is also a large flat screen TV, making this a great spot for kids to watch TV, while maintaining peace and quite upstairs in the main living area.

The home also offers a washer and dryer, off-street parking for one vehicle and a residential parking permit for an additional vehicle on the street.
