The first floor boasts a modern chef’s kitchen with a large cook top island and an open concept living and dining area. This area opens to the garden patio for perfect indoor/outdoor living.  A garden sala ( outdoor living room ) with Mexican architectural details completes the open patio space. The first floor also has a large bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and smart TV.

As you come up the stairs to the second floor you are greeted with a breathtaking view of San Miguel’s cathedral.  This living room has comfortable seating areas, a desk and a fireplace.  This room has a heating/air-conditioning mini split making it comfortable all year.  The master bedroom is also on this level with en en suite and walk in closet.  This room also has a heating/air-conditioning min split unit and a large screen smart TV.

Additional Features:  High pressure water purification system, fiber optic WiFi and telephone.  Maid three mornings per week.

Weekly:  $ 1,350 / $ 1,800 during Holidays and Winter Months
Monthly: $ 3,600 / $4,200 during Winter Months
Rates do not included the following taxes: VAT/IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
