This colonial style home has been decorated with modern touches while maintaining classic Mexican architecture and style. It is steps away from Parque Juarez. The roof terrace has two terraces one with a large seating area. The master bedroom has it s own private terrace and all have amazing views some including the Parroquia.
Great care was taken in decorating this home. It has a well equipped kitchen, fine linens in all bedrooms, an outdoor sala complete with a bar, fireplace and TV. There is also a large outdoor grill near the kitchen and an outdoor dining table.
Filtered water throughout the house, full time maid and gardener.
RENTAL RATES:
Night: $ 500 (2-night minimum) Christmas and New Year s: 700. Week: $ 2,400. Month: $ 7,000
Peak season (November thru April) rates are 20% higher
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT / IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%. Two Week Minimum for Christmas and New Year s
No children under 18 years of age. No pets. Maximum guests 6
